摘 要:水电是电力系统理想的调峰、调频和事故备用电源。东北水电开发较早,但在电网中的比重却越来越小,目前其装机容量占电网容量还不足13%,距要求相差太远。今后在加快常规水电站建设的同时,应加快抽水蓄能电站的建设,以满足电网的需要。Hydraulic power is ideal for peak regulation, frequency regulation and accident standby power souce. Hydraulic power was developed earlier in China, but the proportion of whiteh in power system is going smaller and smaller. At present the installed capacity is less than 13% in the power system capacity, which is far and away from requirements. In the future, the construction of pumped storage power station should be accelerated meanwhile in the construction of conventional hydraulic power station.
