摘　　要：目的：探讨三孔结扎法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的优越性。方法：回顾性分析1000例三孔结扎法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果：1000例病人手术均获得成功;手术时间20-90 min,平均40 min;术后3-5 d出院,术后均未发生并发症。结论：三孔结扎法腹腔镜胆囊切除术显著减少了病人的痛苦和创伤,减少了术后并发症的发生,是一种安全、有效的手术方法。Objective：To study the clinical value of larparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） ligaturing through three node.Methods：The clinical data of 1 000 patients undergoing LC were retrospectively analyzed.Result： 1 000 patients were all successful.The operational time was from 20～90 min（average 40 min）.Patients were discharged from hospital in 3～5 days after operation.No complications occurred.Conclusion：LC ligaturing through three node can reduce the pain,trauma and complication.It is a method of safety and effective.
