专项护理管理在重度批量烧伤患者早期救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用专项护理管理模式在重度批量烧伤患者早期救治中的应用。方法:对10批次突发性批量烧伤患者中41例重度烧伤患者救治过程中采用了专项护理管理模式,内容包括病室管理、液体管理、气道管理、创面管理、感染控制管理、病情观察及记录管理、后勤保障管理、社会关系管理、夜间管理、全程质量管理等。结果:10批次41例重度烧伤患者抢救及时,38例平稳度过休克期,救治效果良好,抢救成功率为93%,未发生任何医疗纠纷。结论:专项护理管理模式可以保证患者在救治过程中接受专科系统的治疗和护理,提高护士病情观察的能力和配合救治的水平。专项护理管理模式采用主管负责制,有利于激励和调动护士的积极性、自觉性和协同性。Objective：To explore the effect of using special nursing management model in early treatment of bulk of patients with severe burns.Methods： Volume of 10 batches of sudden severe burn patients in the treatment of burn patients during the use of a special nursing management model,including ward management、fluid management、airway management、 wound management、 infection control management、disease observation and records management、logistics support management、 social relationship management、night-time management and overall quality management. Results： 10 batches of 41 cases of severe burn patients in an emergency time, 38 patients with stable through the shock stage, where the result is good, success rate of resuscitation was 93 %, without any medical disputes. Conclusions： Special care and management can guarantee that the course of the patient for specialist treatment system, treatment and care, improving the ability of nurses to observe the disease and cotreatment levels. Special care management model using only the amount of personnel in charge of responsible, conductive to inspire and mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses consciousness and synergy.
