摘 要:差序式治理是华人家族企业组织不可忽视的一个重要现象,这种治理并不能简单地视为受传统文化影响的结果,其治理形式甚至是华人家族企业理性选择的结果。这其中,关系信任是差序式治理的基石,在转型期制度信任缺失的情境下可以降低治理风险;利益互惠是维系差序式治理的重要元素,在一定程度上也增强了企业的治理能力。在我国的社会转型期,差序式治理具有一定的合理性,可视为制度信任的一种替代,但从长远来看,这种治理机制仍不利于华人家族企业的成长和生命周期的延续,华人家族企业要"家业长青",必须走向契约治理。Diversity-orderly governance is an important phenomenon in Chinese family enterprises that should not be neglected, and meanwhile it can not be simply culture, because its governing form can even be ses. In the form, trusted relation is the founder regard treated as the result under the influence of traditional ed as a reasonable selection of Chinese family enterpri- stone of diversity-orderly governance, for it can reduce the governance risks existing in inadequacy of trust and system during transformational period; mutual benefit re- mains the key element of maintaining diversity-orderly governance form, and to some extent it can increase the governance ability of enterprises. However, in the long run, such a governance mechanism is not conducive to the growth of Chinese family enterprises and the continuance of lifecycle, so only through contractual govern- ance, can Chinese family enterprises realize their evergreen family business.
