摘  要:采用容积为10.2L的自制产酸反应器,在温度为(35±1)℃,出水pH为4.1~4.5的条件下,以红糖为基质分别接种絮状污泥和颗粒污泥进行高浓度有机废水的厌氧水解酸化的研究,连续运行57d。结果表明,整个试验过程中,COD去除率为16%左右;挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)随着糖负荷的提升而提高,VFAs中乙酸的平均含量超过了50%;后期产气中的氢气含量分别稳定在55%和30%左右;微量元素Fe、Co、Ni的添加对反应器的运行效果有正效应;显微镜观察表明,经过57d的运行,已经培养出沉降性能好、比较密实、粒径大于0.5mm的颗粒污泥。Investigations on hydrolysis-acidification of artificial wastewater of high concentration were conducted in the self-design high performance acidogentic reactor with a volume of 10.2 L. Inoculated with flocculent sludge and granular sludge respectively, the two reactors ran successively for 57 days at the temperature of(35±1)℃ and the pH of 4.1 --4.5 using black sugar as substrate. The results indicated that throughout the entire operation the production of volatile fatty acids (VFAs), in which acetic acid was composed of over 50 percentages, increased as the improvement of organic load, while the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand (COD) vibrated around 16%. At the end period, according to the analysis of the composition of the biogas, the hydrogen content of the biogas fluctuate near 55% and 30%, respectively. The addition of trace mineral ofFe,Co ,Ni had a positive impact on the performance of reactors. Through the microscope phase observation, it showed that after 57 days operation good quality of setting, relatively dense anaerobic granular sludge with radius larger than 0.5 mm formed.
