摘　　要：为了客观、准确地评价灾后恢复重建项目资金管理的效益和效率,以陕西省略阳县地震灾区天津对口支援恢复重建的天津援建资金管理模式为研究对象,运用公共财政绩效和公共建设项目评价的相关方法进行分析研究,希望能对后续的研究提供一定的帮助。In order to analyze the efficiency of the public financial management during the post-disaster of the Wenchuan Earthquake,the practice of the reconstruction in Lueyang County,Shanxi Province is used as the objective in this paper.The analysis of the public financial management performance and relevant methods for public construction project evaluation is used as the main measure in order to provide some help for further study.
