摘　　要：分析了当前专业图书馆所处的资源环境、需求环境和政策环境,并结合与公共图书馆、高校图书馆和科技情报机构的对比分析,提出了新时期专业图书馆的六条重点发展策略建议。Analysing the resource condition, demand condition and policy condition of special libraries nowadays, comparing with public libraries, academic libraries and sci - tech information institutions, this article gives advice of major development strategy at six points for special libraries in the new era.
