大学图书馆工作委员会的作用与地位——华南师范大学的探索与实践

摘　　要：构建开放式大学是当代大学的办学方向，大学图书馆应与学校总体发展水平相适应，满足开放式大学的办学需要。打破传统文献信息管理相对封闭的体系，构建让服务对象积极参与的相对开放的体系，是充分发扬民主办学精神，调动各方面积极性，集中全校智慧的好办法。文章通过华南师范大学图书馆工作委员会的实践，说明大学图书馆工作委员会在构建开放式大学和开放办馆中的地位与作用。Building open type university is the educational orientation of modern university. Academic library should perform in accordance with current development of the university. Building an comparatively open system in which every service object can act actively is a good way to promote the democracy for running school, arouse the enthusiasm of the related persons and to gather together the wisdom of the school. Taking the committee for library service of South China Normal University Library for example, this paper illustrates the role and function of an academic committee for library service in both building an open type university and opening academic library.
