摘　　要：以贵州屯堡文化研究的学术资源构成为例,对图书馆如何做好地方文化知识谱系建构下的文献资源保障工作进行探析,提出以建立屯堡文化研究资料库为契机,通过图书馆参与地方文化知识谱系的建构,为其他图书馆提供一种超越地域局限的地方文献资源建设的参考。Taking the academic research resources in Tunpu culture in Guizhou as an example, this paper discusses how to build Tunpu cultural literature bank by establishing an inter - library cooperation mechanism in terms of local culture resources and how to improve the genealogical construction of local knowledge. The author attempts to put forward a blueprint for other libraries to overcome the barrier of local limits by taking the opportunity of constructing Tunpu cultural academic research bank with the involvement of libraries.
