摘　　要：探讨BMC、PloS、Springer、Oxford、Elsevier、BMJ六大国际知名出版商的OA策略和实践,分析开放存取为图书馆带来的发展机遇及挑战,并提出相应比较可行的对策建议。Based on the examples of the world＇ s six mostprestigious publishers, this paper probes into their practice and strategies of open access, analyses the opportunity and challenge open access would bring to library, and points out corresponding countermeasure and advice.
