摘　　要：文章对杨孚撰《临海水土记》一事进行多角度分析与考证,认为杨孚既不可能出任临海太守,更没有编纂《临海水土记》。《临海水土记》的编著者是沈莹。In this essay, I analysed the author of ＂Apostil of Linhai province＂ from many points of view, to prove that Yang Fu not only didn＇t govern the linhai province , but also complied the book ＂Apostil of Linhai province＂ theIn the tradition, people think the writer is Yang Fu. The real author of this book was Shen Ying.
