摘  要:用蛭石、珍珠岩、草炭、腐熟鸡粪、腐熟猪粪配制育苗基质,在温室条件下研究其对翠菊[Calliste-phus chinensis(L.)Nees]幼苗质量的影响。综合分析结果表明,翠菊苗在处理3(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩∶腐熟鸡粪为3∶3∶2∶2)基质上生长最好。苗期指标显示,生长在处理3基质配方上的苗全株干重为1 440.21mg、地下干重为406.56 mg、茎粗为0.37 cm、株高为7.22 cm、壮苗指数为1 367.43、叶绿素含量为2.82mg.dm-2、光合速率达到5.39μmolCO2.m-2.s-1,差异均达到显著水平。The influence of cultivating media containing different proportions of vermiculite,pearlite,peat,well-composted chicken manure,or well-composted hog waste on the seedling quality of China-aster [Callistephus chinensis(L.)Nees] was studied in greenhouse conditions.The dry weight,stem diameter,seedling height,the strong seedling index,photosynthesis rate,and chlorophyll contents were measured.The results indicated that the growth of the China-aster seedlings was the best in the treatment 3 containing vermiculite, peat, well-composted chicken manure, and pearlite at the ratio of 3:3:2:2. The total seedling dry weight, underground portion dry weight, stem diameter, seedling height, strong seedling index, chlorophyll content, and photosynthesis rate were 1440.21 mg,406.56 mg,0.37 cm,7.22 cm, 1 367.43,2.82 mg.dm-2,5.39 μmol(CO2) ·m-2·s-1 respectively.
