城乡一体化视角的农村产业发展思路

摘　　要：通过对产业集聚理论和"一村一品"经济理论、增长极理论的解读和分析,根据城乡一体化发展的要求,提出新时期农村产业发展的思路和途径是:在县域范围内实施"一村一品"工程,推进农业产业化经营;以龙头企业为主体培育农产品加工企业群体,健全现代农村产业体系;以各级小城镇为依托,强化产业发展基地建设,形成优势产业集群。In accordance with the requirements of the integrated development of urban and rural areas ,this paper put forward the following ideas for developing rural industries based on the analysis of Industrial Agglomeration theory ,the One Village One Product economic theory and Growth Pole theory：implementing the One Village One Product project construction in county-wide to promote the industrialization of agriculture; cultivating groups of agricultural products processing enterprises by focusing on some leading ones to perfect modern rural industry system; strengthening the industry base construction to create strong industrial clusters by taking all levels of small towns as the basis.
