摘　　要：从经济学和现实角度分析了推行城乡税制一体化的必要性,从当前的政治环境、经济条件上分析了推行城乡税制一体化的可行性,提出了改革城乡税制,推动农村经济发展的具体对策。This article analyzed the necessity of implementing the integration of urban and rural tax system from the theoreti-cal and the practical point of view,analyzed the feasibility of integration of urban and rural tax system from current political environment and economic conditions,proposed concrete countermeasures for the city and countryside tax system reforming,as well as promoting the rural economic development.
