桑黄多糖的提取工艺

摘　　要：筛选出桑黄多糖最佳提取工艺。采取正交设计试验优选桑黄多糖提取工艺;通过对醇沉法、壳聚糖吸附法的比较,选出最佳精制工艺。桑黄多糖最佳提取工艺为:按1:14的料水比进行浸泡12h,然后在100℃恒温下,进行30min超声提取,重复提取3次。精制方法采用壳聚糖吸附法。Choose the best preparation of the Phellinus igniarius polysaccharide. The best extraction method of the＇polysaccharide was determined by orthogonal design; Through the compare of the ethanol extraction and chitosan absorbing purification, choosing the best extraction method. The best extraction method of the polysaccharide of the Phellinus igniarius was： At first, the Phellinus igniarius was soaked in water about 12 hours, and then when the temperature of extraction was 100 ℃, the solvent-water and the material is 14：1, extract 3 times during 30 min in supersonic wave. The chitosan absorbing purification was used to extract polysaccharide. Conclusion： the Phellinus igniarius polysaccharide extracted through the best method was very pure, and the proportion is 1.46 % ,which means that extracting 1.46 g pure polysaccharide of the Phellinus igniarius per 100 g crude drug.
