摘　　要：外阴上皮内瘤样病变患者年龄趋年轻化,约50%的患者还同时合并宫颈及阴道上皮内瘤样病变。本文针对新病理分类、诊断和治疗进展方面进行阐述。The incidence of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia （VIN） has increased gradually and the ages of these patients become younger. Approximately fifty percent of these patients have had cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia at the same time. In this paper, a review was presented about the new pathological type and diagnosis and treatment progress of VIN.
