摘　　要：侵袭性血管黏液瘤是一种罕见的软组织肿瘤,好发于生育年龄女性的外阴和会阴,呈侵袭性生长,易局部复发,常被误诊。本文复习文献,讨论了该病的临床表现、病理特征、鉴别诊断和治疗方法。Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare infiltraring soft tissue tumor with a marked tendency to local recurrence that occurs mainly in the vulva and perineum in the women of reproductive age. The tumor is usually misdiagnosed at presentation. Clinical and pathologic features, the differential diagnosis and multimodality treatments of AAM were discussed by a review of the literature.
