摘　　要：外阴和阴道囊肿是临床常见病,因其体积小,部位隐蔽,常被人们忽略;较大囊肿可引起外阴部不适、下腹坠胀、阴道分泌物增加等。处理方法主要为囊肿造口术和囊肿切除术,对手术困难者可采用CO2激光或微波治疗及囊内注药治疗。Vulvar and vaginal cysts are clinical com- mon diseases. Most patients have no symptoms be- cause of small volume and occult location, but bigger ones can cause vulva uncomfortable, low abdominal distention or increased vaginal discharge. Managements include marsupialization and excision. For patients with difficult to do the cyst excision, CO2 laser, microwave therapy or intracapsular injections drug may be useful.
