摘　　要：昆钢板带厂冷轧二车间十二辊轧机润滑系统的离心泵在生产中出现了故障，通过计算分析，找到了故障原因。经过实施减小叶轮直径的改进措施，设备故障消除，满足了生产需要。The centrifugal pumbs of Lubrication System for 12 - high cold rolling mill have broken down in the second workshop of Steckel Mill Plant in KISC. Analysis by calculating, the reasons for the failure found. Improvement measures of reducing impeller diameter were carried out, the equipment failures eliminated to meet the needs of the production .
