摘 要:针对一起某化工厂6kV高压电动机速断保护'误动作'事故,剖析了'误动作'的原因。在深入分析电动机起动特性的基础上,提出了一种可行性短路保护策略,该策略主要凭借F650继电保护装置内部逻辑编程实现。两级无时限速断保护设置后,F650可对电动机的起动和运行短路故障作出灵敏反应,快速动作,将其危害限制在较小程度。该策略已通过了试验测试,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。In view of the maloperation incident on one 6kV HV motor in a petrochemical plant, this paper analyzes the technical reasons. Then it proposes a feasible strategy for the short-circuit protection by deep analysis of the motor starting-up characteristics. It is implemented mainly by internal logic programming of the protection device F650. By setting two-stage instantaneous overcurrent protection, F650 can be sensitive to phase-phase short-circuit faults during the starting-up and running. If the innovation has been implemented, the damage will be limited to a less extent by its fast actions. The strategy has passed through the related tests in the laboratory and has achieved good results in practical applications.
