摘  要:以松节油-马来酐加成物(TMA)和新戊二醇(NPG)为原料合成了聚酯多元醇(TP)。研究了反应时间对体系酸值的影响,TMA与NPG物质的量的配比对反应产物的分子质量、羟值、黏度的影响,得到了具有较大羟值范围的产物并对产物进行了红外和热重分析。结果表明,合成反应时间8 h为宜,随着NPG与TMA物质的量比的加大,产物TP的数均分子质量和黏度不断降低,而羟值不断增加。合成的TP初始热分解温度>220℃,可作为耐热性聚酯多元醇使用。Polyester polyol(TP) was synthesized by using TMA and NPG as raw materials. The effect of reaction time on the acid value of reaction system and the effect of molar ratio of TMA to NPG on the molecular weight, hydroxyl value and viscosity were studied. The TP was obtained with wide range of hydroxyl value. The product was characterized by IR and TG analysis The results showed that the optimal reaction time was 8h. The number average molecular weight and viscosity were decreased and the hydroxyl value was increased continiously with the increasing of molar ratio of NPG to TMA. The initial thermal decomposition temperature of TP product was above 220 ℃ and the product could be used as heat resistant polyester polyol.
