摘  要:根据不同材质及壁厚铬钼合金钢管道及管件,选择了合适的焊接方法、焊接材料、预热温度及焊后热处理工艺。在焊接过程中严格控制工作程序,按照相关规范进行操作。通过在某大型乙烯工程施工中的实际应用,验证了此铬钼合金钢焊接工艺是正确合理的,能够较大程度提高管道焊接质量,减少焊接时各种缺陷的产生。According to material and thickness of chrome molybdenum alloy steel pineline and pipe fittings,the applicable welding process,welding material,welding preheating temperature and post welding heat treatment procedure were selected.During welding process,the operation procedure should be controlled strictly according to correlative welding specification.By application in one large ethylene engineering,it was demonstrated that the welding procedure of chrome molybdenum alloy steel was right and rational,at a greater degree,it improved the welding quality and decreased defects in the welding process.
