摘 要:热影响区的热循环是决定焊后热影响区组织和性能的重要因素。以X80级管线钢为研究对象,通过不同焊接线能量下的热模拟试验和实际工艺试验对热影响区的冲击韧性进行了比较,并结合热源的数学模型进行了简单分析。结果表明焊接线能量与焊接过程中热影响区的有效热输入存在差别,在进行焊接热模拟试验中,应根据实际工况对试验条件进行修正,以提高试验的准确性和指导性。最后,给出了实际生产中X80级管线钢热影响区冲击韧性的优化措施。Thermal cycling is an important factor to determine structure and property of HAZ after welding.Taking sample from X80 grade pipeline,through comparison impact toughness of HAZ between thermal cycling and actual process test under different welding linear energy,analysis was conducted combining with mathematical model of heat source.The results showed that it exists difference between welding linear energy and effective input of HAZ during welding,during welding thermal simulation test,it should be modified according to actual working condition to enhance test accuracy and instruction.Finally,it gave optimization measures of X80 grade pipeline steel HAZ impact toughness in actual production.
