摘  要:PWT全自动外根焊技术具有焊接速度快、劳动强度低、焊接质量稳定等优点。由于焊接参数、环境因素、气体纯度等因素的影响,焊缝中容易产生气孔缺欠。介绍了PWT全自动根焊工艺特点,详细分析了气孔产生的机理。针对PWT根焊气孔缺欠,制定了防止气孔产生的技术措施。PWT automatic outside root welding technology posses some advantages,such as high welding speed,low labor intensity and stable welding quality,etc.Owning to the influence of welding parameter,environment factors and gas purity,etc.,gas pocket is easy to be caused in weld.The process characteristics of PWT automatic root welding was introduced,and gas pocket generation mechanism was analyzed in details.According to gas pocket imperfection of PWT root welding,technical measures of preventing gas pocket from generating were established.
