染色羊绒剥色工艺研究

摘　　要：企业在生产中常需对染色后的羊绒纤维及其制品进行剥色。染花的半制品需进行剥色,染色回丝需进行剥色,对染色羊绒的定性鉴别和分析及产品改染都需进行剥色。文章系统研究了剥色剂的性质与羊绒常用染料的剥色性能,在大量实验的基础上,制定出合理的剥色工艺,达到理想的剥色效果和较低的强度损伤;并指出当前染色绒剥色存在的问题和今后的研究方向。Stripping dyes from dyed cashmere is very important and necessary to production. It can be used in many ways, for example, fauh dyed mid-products, dyed wastes, distinguish for dyed fibers and colour exchanged. In this paper, the performance about stripping agents and the normally used dyes for cashmere are studied deeply. Correct technology of the stripping of dyes on dyed cashmere is made by a lot of experiments. Ideal stripping result and little reduced strengh are gained. Meanwhile, this paper gave out the problems in dyed cashmere stripping and the respect of it.
