摘 要:成形毛针织物的尺寸稳定性受生产过程中织物成形机理的复杂性以及不同后整理工艺过程的影响。后整理是提高成形毛针织物尺寸稳定性的重要措施之一,而热定形工艺是成形毛针织物后整理中不可缺少的工序,所以它对成形毛针织物的尺寸稳定性有着一定的影响。通过正交试验,分析定形温度、时间和横、纵向扩幅比率对成形毛针织物尺寸稳定性的影响,找出了比较理想的热定形工艺,为成形毛针织物的尺寸稳定性提供保障。The dimensional stability of the woollen fabric weaved with flat knitting machine hasn't been settled by now because of the complexity of formed mechanism and the variability of finishing in the process of the woollen fabric weaved with flat knitting machine. Finishing is one of the important measures that can improve the dimensional stability of the woollen fabric weaved with flat knitting machine, and heat-setting process has certain effects on it, because which is indispensable to finishing. In this thesis, the effects about temperature, time, longitudinal and horizontal spreader-rate on the dimensional stability of the woollen fabric weaved with flat knitting machine was analyzed and perfect heat-setting process was obtained by orthogonal experiment, and offered indemnification for the woollen fabric weaved with flat knitting machine.
