精纺多品种小批量产品的生产特点及质量控制

摘　　要：多品种小批量生产已经成为精纺毛织品在市场竞争环境下的主要生产方式。文章分析了精纺毛纺产品在多品种小批量生产过程中,存在生产计划和作业计划困难、生产过程变动性大和外界条件的不确定性等因素。对导致生产中存在条染产品的色差、纱线质量波动较大、质量反馈时间短、原料消耗增加等质量问题进行了深入研究。提出了相关的质量控制方法,以适应多品种小批量生产特点,达到稳定产品质量,降低生产成本,提高生产效率的目的。Small batch production with multi-species of worsted fabric has became main production mode in the market competition. It analyzed some features such as difficult production planning and scheduling, large variability of production process and uncertainty of external condition and so on in the small batch production with multi-species of worsted fabric process, investigated and analyzed the quality problem on production process such as chromatic aberration of slub dyeing fabric, the yarn quality fluctuation, quality feedback time shortage and material cost increased, put forward interrelated quality control method to accommodate to small batch production with multi-species, and then stabilize qualities of production, reduce production cost, improve production efficient.
