摘　　要：金融危机背景下,全球经济遭受重挫,作为引领全球经济走出困境的中国经济做出不懈努力,并从中获得了进一步推进人民币区域化的机遇。广西作为对接中国东盟的桥头堡,应利用泛北部湾合作的有利条件,争取启动人民币跨境结算,互设金融机构、建设人民币境外直接投资试点和境外人民币回流机制,建立资产项目库和人民币资产池。Under the background of financial crisis, the global economy has been a downward spiral. As power to leading global economy out of its predicament, China has made unremitting efforts, but it also gains the opportunity to further promote the RMB regionalization. Being a bridgehead for China-ASEAN docking, Guangxi should use the favorable conditions to analyze the real background, the necessity and feasibility of the orientation of financial policies, such as opening RMB cross-border settlement pilot, setting Financial Institutions each other, building up the pilot of foreign direct investment of RMB and return mechanism of RMB outside, founding asset base and RMB Asset Pool, etc.
