建设贫困地区灾害学文献信息数据库的思考

摘　　要：我国贫困地区多处于自然灾害频发地带,建设贫困地区灾害学专题文献信息数据库,完善该地区文献信息保障机制,加强对该地区灾害学科学研究,增强贫困地区民众的防灾抗灾减灾意识,提高他们的防灾抗灾减灾能力,对实现开发式扶贫和经济可持续发展,是十分必要的。论文从扶贫攻坚与防灾抗灾、贫困地区灾害学专题文献信息数据库的资源范畴和建设原则等方面进行了论述。China spoverty-stricken areas is the area where natural disasters break out frequently.So it sextremely necessary to establelish information database on the theme of disaster science,to improve the information security mechanisms,to strengthen the study of disaster science,to enhance public awareness and to improve their abilib,of disaster prevention and disaster reslstence and disraster reduction for achieving poverty alleviation and sustainable economic development in the povery-strickenareas.The paper is on poverty alleviation and disaster prevention and disaster resistence and resource areas Of information database on disaster science and the principle of establishing it.
