摘　　要：尝试将CRM(客户关系管理)理念与ERP(企业资源计划)相结合,根据煤炭企业的实际情况和具体要求,结合煤炭行业管理的规范和标准,提出煤炭企业CRM与ERP系统整合应用思路,将ERP系统中的销售环节与CRM进行整合,实现以客户为龙头,以销售为核心的煤炭企业ERP与CRM的整合系统。实现煤炭企业完整企业流程的再造。Tries combining CRM（Customer Relationship Management）with ERP（Enterprise Resources Planning）,According to the true situations and concrete demand of coal Enterprise,combined with specification and standard of coal trades management,takes the thought of union between coal Enterprise CRM and ERP application system,which Unites the sale links of ERP system with CRM,accomplishes the united system that makes customers as lead and makes sale as core with union of ERP and CRM,Realizes the whole BPR（Business Process Reengineering） of coal Enterprise.
