摘　　要：在编辑部日常事务管理中引入现代化信息管理的理念和手段,实现日常事务的标准化、规范化、无纸化管理,这是许多企事业单位无纸化办公面临的课题。文章以交通部《交通职业教育》编辑部"编务管理信息系统"的设计为例,介绍编务管理信息系统的框架设计、技术实现方式和系统实施效果。Introduces the modernization information management in the editorial department daily business management the idea and the method,the realization daily business standardization,the standardization,the paperless management, this is a topic which many enterprises and institutions paperless work faces.Article ＂Transportation Vocational education＂ the editorial department ＂arranges the service management information system＂ by the Ministry of Communications the design is an example,introduced arranges the service management informuation system the frame design, the technical realization way and the systernimplementation effeet.
