产业聚集对科技园FDI影响的实证研究

摘　　要：产业聚集对科技园FDI区位决策的影响主要通过两个方面来实现:一是产业聚集自身的优势对FDI所产生的吸引力,包括成本优势和累积优势;二是产业关联效应对FDI的影响。实证检验的结果也表明,外商投资中国更注重的是当地的产业关联和聚集效应,聚集因素对科技园区企业区位决策影响程度越来越重要。这一结论对于推动中西部地区科技园区产业聚集的形成和产业集群的建设具有重要现实意义。中西部地区应加强科技园区等优势区位的建设,通过完善的产业配套和良好的产业关联效应等优势来吸引外资,逐步形成并大力发展能够体现和发挥竞争优势的产业集群。The industry agglomeration affect the location of FDI in the science and technology through two areas. First, the advantages of industry agglomeration itself, including the cost advantages and cumulative advantages, attract the FDI. Second , the relation of industries has great effect on FDI. Positive test results also show that foreign investment in China pay more attention to the local industry association and aggregation effects, aggregation factors, role on science and technology park business location decision-making are getting more and more important. This conclusion has important practical significance in promoting the formation of science and technology park industry in the Central and Western regions. The Central and Western regions should strengthen science and technology park location advantages such as the construction industry by improving the matching and good industrial linkage effects and other advantages to attract foreign investment to develop gradually and be able to reflect and to play a competitive industry clusters.
