摘  要:目的探讨创伤性休克时患者P-选择素、一氧化氮合酶的变化及意义。方法测定36例创伤性休克患者血清中P-选择素、iNOS和P-选择素含量明显升高,同时iNOS明显高于对照组,cNOS含量明显低于对照组。结论创伤可导致P-选择素大量表达,创伤性休克时P-选择素的变化可能与NOS的合成有密切关系,这为我们临床治疗严重创伤特别是创伤性休克提供了新的手段。[ Objective ] To investigate the alteration and significance of P-selectin and nitric oxide synthase in patients during traumatic shock. [Methods] The level of P-selectin and nitric oxide synthase in 36 cases patients serum during traumatic shock was determined, and P-selectin expression in organs was determined by means of streptavidin-biotin immunocytoehemieal staining technique. [ Result] The level of P-selectin in surum and expression in organs are significantly increased in traumatic shock group, and meanwhile the level of iNOS is increased, eNOS is significandy reduced. [Conclusion] The alteration of P-selectin during traumatic shock may be related to the synthesis of NOS, which develops a new way to dealing serious trauma, especially traumatic shock in clinic.
