摘　　要：目的探讨术中实时超声在颅内肿瘤切除术中的应用价值。方法对39例颅内肿瘤患者进行术中实时超声监测。结果术中实时超声对39例颅内肿瘤均准确定位,并对肿瘤切除程度和周围重要结构的保护起到很好的引导和监测作用。结论实时超声可以显著缩短颅内肿瘤手术时间,避免不必要的正常脑组织损伤,降低手术并发症,具有较大的临床实用价值。[ Objective ]To explore the value of ultrasound in intracranial neoplasms tylectomy. [ Method ] Use intraoperative ultrasound to detect 39 eases of neoplasms tyleetomy. [Result] The neoplasms tylectomy of all 39 cases were all pinpointed by intraoperative real-time ultrasound. And intraoperative real-time ultrasound helped guide the extent of resection and detect the protection of the important tissue nearby. [ Conclusion ] Real-time ultraseund can obviously shorten the operation time of intracranial neoplasms tylectomy, reduce the normal brain tissue damaging, lower the operation complications, and has great clinical value.
