摘　　要：对棉包涤织物进行染整加工时,烧毛要轻烧,采用高碱丝光工艺,定形温度应适宜,以保护涤纶纤维强力不受损伤,冷轧堆染色时控制好轧辊的机械作用力,尽量减小对纤维的磨损。棉包涤织物经上述工艺处理后,手感柔软、滑爽、厚实和悬垂性好,无需进行树脂免烫整理,即可达到面料洗可穿标准。Wet processing of core-spun polyester/cotton fabric was introduced,such as gentle singeing, mercerizing with concentrated alkali, appropriate setting temperature withont damage to polyester fiber, controlling roller pressure to reduce abrasion of fabric. The treated core-spun polyester/cotton fabric featured soft, smooth handle, ideal drape, wash and wear without resin finish.
