摘  要:受球型容器液压胀形成型新工艺的启发,提出了一种可简化大型封头成型并提高其成型精度的新工艺,即模压成型封头的裙边部分、无模液压胀形封头的中间部分;然后将两者组焊成完整的封头.用实验和有限元方法进行了研究,证明这种新工艺成型的封头与标准椭圆封头是非常接近的,因此该工艺可以应用于大型封头成型中.? Inspired by the new technology of manufacturing spherical vessel with non die hydroforming method, a new technology which could simplify the forming technique and improve the precision in manufacturing large type ellipsoidal head is advanced. This technology could be described as follows: first, press the skirt part of the head into the designed form; then non die hydroforming the central part; at last, weld these two parts to form a whole ellipsoidal head. This new technology is studied with experimental method and simulated with FEM. The results of the experiment and the FEM simulation show that the head manufactured by this technology is nearly the same as a standard ellipsoidal head. Therefore, it can be considered as a new and good technology in manufacturing large type ellipsoidal head.
