碳纤维化学复合镀制备电磁屏蔽材料工艺研究

摘　　要：研究在碳纤维上,采用化学复合镀的方法,先镀铜层,再镀镍层,使其表面金属化,将其作为电磁屏蔽的复合填料,经实验检测电磁屏蔽效果良好,而且有足够的机械保护性能。The preparation of electro magnetic shielding electro less coating with carbon tibet was studied. At first, the carbon tibet got a Cu electro less coating by correct disposal, then it got a Ni electro less coating. By testing, it had a excellent magnetic shielding efficiency when it was made as machine shield, furthermore it had a lot of excellent mechanical protection performances.
