摘 要:对感应电渣离心浇铸件中的夹杂物进行了定性和定量分析,讨论了离心机转速对夹杂物形貌及分布的影响,并计算了感应电渣离心浇铸件中夹杂物的最大尺寸.结果表明:感应电渣离心浇铸件中硫化物夹杂含量低,分布均匀;氧化物夹杂含量较高,沿径向方向上存在一定的差异,*从铸件外表面至内表面,夹杂物尺寸增大,面积分数增加;离心机转速提高,球形夹杂物比率增多,而锐角夹杂物比率减少;感应电渣离心浇铸件中夹杂物最大直径仅为6.6um.Inclusions in Centrifugal Induction Electroslag Castings were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The influences of the centrifugal machine rotational speed on the inclusions pattern and distribution were discussed. The largest size of the inclusions in the castings was also calculated. The results show that sulphide inclusions are even distributed and the content is low, while the content of oxide inclusions is high and there are some differences along radial direction. With the increase of the centrifugal machine rotational speed, the ratio of round inclusions increases and the ratio of sharp inclusions decreases. The largest diameter of the inclusions in the castings is only 6.6um.
