裂褶菌生物学特性的研究

摘　　要：文章采用室内纯培养法,对火炬树上的腐朽病原菌裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)在不同的培养基、碳源、pH值、温度、光照条件下进行培养试验,筛选生长的最佳条件,结果显示:培养裂褶菌的最佳培养基是PDA培养基,最佳碳源是果糖,最佳pH6.0,最佳生长温度范围为20～25℃,最佳光照条件是全黑暗。Schizophyllum commune of rot disease pathogen in Rhus typhina.is cultured in our laboratory.In order to select the optimum medium for Schizophyllum commune growing,they are cultured under different culture medium,carbon sources,pH value,temperature and photoperiod.It shows that the optimum culture medium is PDA,the optimum carbon source is fructose,the optimum pH value is 6.0,the optimum temperature extent is 20～25℃,the optimum photoperiod is constant dark.
