摘　　要：根据Ｈａｌ的放电模型讨论了ＲＦ高频放电辉光特性，对２ｍｍ×２．２５ｍｍ×７１ｍｍ矩形玻璃放电管ＲＦ放电中最佳匹配网络进行了实验研究，观察到放电辉光图纹，可作为ＲＦ激励波导激光器设计的依据。The article began with the theoretical analysis of RF discharge,discussed the effect of matching network on discharge homogeneity, researched experimentally maximam coupling efficiency of rectangular discharge tube of 2 mm×2.25 mm×71 mm,and observed discharge stripe. The study of all will have the guiding significance to designing and manufacturing of RF excited ststem.
