摘　　要：在对中国天然橡胶产业组织进行实地调研的基础上,利用现代产业组织理论对中国天然橡胶产业组织现状进行分析,揭示了天然橡胶产业组织化进程中存在的一系列矛盾和问题,最后从产业组织合理化的角度提出优化天然橡胶产业组织的对策建议。On the basis of field research on natural rubber industry organizations in China, she analysized the natural rubber industry organizations in China by modem theory of industrial organization, revealed a series of contradictions and problems in the process of the natural rubber industry organizations, and finally, I raised strategies and recommendations optimizing natural robber industry organization from the rationalization of the industrial organization.
