摘 要:目的:观察中药鱼腥草灌胃对感染致多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)大鼠的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠自身粪便匀浆上清液注入大鼠腹腔造成感染的方法,复制MODS模型,观察鱼腥草对MODS大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)浓度及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧分压/吸入氧浓度比值(PaO2/FiO2),血浆总胆红素(T.BIL)、血肌酐(Cr)含量的影响。结果:造模后各时段,鱼腥草治疗组动物与模型组动物相比较,血清TNF-α浓度明显减少,PaO2、PaO2/FiO2明显升高,T.BIL、Cr含量明显降低。结论:鱼腥草对感染致多器官功能障碍综合征大鼠有多方面保护作用。Objective:To observe the protective effect of houttuynia cordata thunb(HCT) on MODS rats. Methods:The rat model of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) was induced by abdominal cavity infection via intraperitoneal injection of rat feces suspension, then was HCT applied to the rats and the changes of several detecting items were observed dynamically. Result: The blood-gas analysis in MODS group showed a lower PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2, whereas their serum total bilirubin(T. BIL),creatinine(Cr) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) increased significantly, which indicated multiple injuries (lung, liver and kidney) of the models. After utilizing HCT, almost all items above got better, indicating the improvement of the injuries. Conclusion: Our data suggested that infectious peritonitis caused by rat' s self-stool could lead to MODS, and HCT played a protective role on the infectious models.
