止泻保童颗粒佐治小儿急性腹泻病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价止泻保童颗粒佐治小儿急性腹泻病的疗效。方法:我科2007年6月至2008年5月住院治疗的小儿急性腹泻病患儿200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组采用利巴韦林、补液、纠酸、调节肠道茵群及保护肠道粘膜等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上辅以止泻保童颗粒。结果:治疗组较对照组主要症状、体征消失时间缩短(P<0.01),未发现明显不良反应。治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为96.0%、82.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=10.01,P<0.05)。结论:止泻保童颗粒佐治小儿急性腹泻病,使用安全,能缩短病程,增加疗效,提高治愈率。Objective：To appraise the curative effect of Zhixie Baotong Granula as assisting treatment on child with acute diarrhea. Methods： To analyze the 200 cases of child acute diarrhea in our hospital from June 2007 to May 2008. They were divided equally into the treatment group and the contrast group randomly. The contrast group received the conventional treatment, such as anti-virus, correction of acidosis, rehydration, regulation of intestinal flora, protection of intestinal mucosa, anti-infection and so on. In addition to the conventional treatment, the treatment group was given Zhixie Baotong Granula. Results： Compared to the contrast group, the disappearing time of the main symptoms and signs and the hospitalization time were shortened （ P 〈 0, 01 ） and there was no side effect. The total efficiency of the treatment group and the contrast group respectively were 96.0% and 82.0% and there were significant differences （χ^2 = 10.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Zhixie Baotong Granula assists in curing the infantile diarrhea, which is safe to use and shortens the course of disease, still enhances the efficiency of cure and raises the possibility of cure.
