摘　　要：自愿碳市场可分为两个截然不同的组成部分：芝加哥气候交易所（CCX）和更分散的场外交易（OTC）市场。根据2007年OTC市场的交易量和价值的分析，可以看出2006～2007年市场规模扩大为原来的3倍多，其中自愿市场的增长率高达165％，林业项目，特别是涉及植树造林和重机关报造林项目，加权平均价格从原来的6．8美元／tCO2e增长到8．2美元／tCO2e。由于对自愿碳市场上交易的补偿信用额质量的担忧，2007年出现了标准和注册机构补偿认为是最常用的标准；蓝色注册机构则是最常使用的OTC注册机构。The voluntary carbon market can be divided into two distinct components： the Chicago Climate Exchange （CCX） and more dispersed through the OTC （OTC） market. Under the 2007 OTC market in trading volume and val- ue analysis, can see that from 2006 to 2007 the market scale for more than three times the original, in which the voluntary market growth rate of 165%, particularly those involving afforestation and reforestation projects, weighted average price from the original 6.8 U.S. dollars/tCO2e increased to 8.2 U.S. dollars/tCO2e. Because of the voluntary carbon market transactions in the amount of compensation credit quality concerns, in 2007 the emergence of standards and a registered institution that is the most commonly used by CCX; OTC registered institution is the most commonly used by blue registration agencies.
