摘 要:实验以丙酮酸、碳酸钠为原料制备了丙酮酸钠。考察了丙酮酸钠在甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和乙醚中结晶时的溶剂效应。分别以紫外可见分光光度计、激光粒度分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对丙酮酸钠晶体的纯度、粒度分布以及晶体形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,偶极距较大的溶剂能提高丙酮酸钠晶体的收率;极性大的溶剂能改善丙酮酸钠晶体的表面平整度和纯度。综合收率、纯度和晶习等晶体的各项指标,在甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和乙醚这四种溶剂中进行丙酮酸钠结晶,溶剂乙醇效果最佳。The solvent effect in the crystallization of sodium pyruvate in different solvents including methanol, ethanol, acetone and ether was studied. The purity, the crystal size distribution and the habit of the crystal of sodium pyruvate were studied with ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that higher yield of the crystallization was obtained in the solvents with stronger dipole; the strong polarity solvents could make the surface smooth and higher purity of the crystal. Generally, ethanol was the best solvent among those mentioned above.
