摘　　要：地理信息服务特别是WMS和WFS获得广泛应用的同时,存在空间数据的安全隐患。为保证地理信息服务请求/响应消息交互的安全,实现服务访问及数据获取的分级控制,保护空间数据版权,提出了基于数字证书、GeoXACML和数字水印的地理信息服务数据安全机制,并通过数字证书、访问控制、版权管理3个核心模块对数据安全系统进行描述。Geography Information Service（GIService）,especially the Web Map Service（WMS） and the Web Feature Service（WFS）,which is now being applied in many fields,however,it lacks the safeguard at the same time.For guaranteeing the security exchange of requested/response message,ensuring the service access and data acquire according with clients′ role,and protecting the copyright of the spatial data,the security mechanism is advanced,which is based on the Digital Certificate,the Geospatial eXtensible Access Control Markup Language （GeoXACML） and the Digital Watermark in this paper. And the security mechanism for data is described through the three core modules, viz. the Digital Certificate Module, the Access Control Module, and the Copyright Manages Module.
