摘  要:目的建立注射用亚锡喷替酸中喷替酸含量的测定方法。方法喷替酸与铁离子(Fe3+)形成的络合物在波长为360nm处有稳定吸收,此次讨论采用分光光度法测定注射用亚锡喷替酸药盒中喷替酸的含量。结果该法线性范围为0-0.125mg/ml;平均回收率99.3%,RSD=0.8,n=8。结论该法简便可行,结果稳定,可用于对药物的质量控制。Objective To establish a spectrophotometry method for the determination of pentetate acid in pentetate acid and stannous chloride for injection. Methods Pentetate acid reacted directly with ferric trichloride producing DTPA - Fe (Ⅲ ) complex which could be detected at 360nm. Results The calibration curve of DTPA - Fe (Ⅲ ) complex was linear( r = 0. 9999 ) over the range of 0 - 0. 125mg/ml. The mean recovery was 99.3% and RSD = 0.8 ( n = 8). Conclusion This method is simple and easy to do. It may be adopted for quality control of the drug.
