摘  要:目的通过用本文建立的紫外分光光度法(UV法)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定盐酸小檗碱片的含量,证实本文中5批供试品含量确实偏低。方法紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法。结果在2.7-21.0μg/ml浓度范围内,紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法均有良好线性关系,r分别为1.0000和0.9997;回收率分别为98.91%(n=9,RSD=0.53%)和101.07%(n=9,RSD=2.0%)。结论紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法均方法简便、快速、准确,本文中5批供试品经用这两种方法检验证实含量确实偏低,存在技术性造假可能。相比而言,高效液相色谱法由于专属性强,无杂质干扰,结果更准确。Objective Through the determination of the berberine hydroehloride content by HPLC and UV methods to confirm that the contents in five batches of samples were really much lower than the criterion. Methods High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) and Ultraviolet Spectrophotometly(UV). Results Both HPLC and UV method show good linearity in the concentration range of 2.7 -21.0μg/ml with r = 1. 0000 for UV method and 0. 9997 for HPLC method. The recoveries are 98.91% ( n = 9, RSD = 0.53% ) and 101.07% ( n = 9, RSD = 2.0% ) respectively. Conclusion Both HPLC and UV method are simple, quick, accurate, of which the HPLC method is more accurate without disturbance of imp urity substance.
