胸腔内注射白细胞介素-2治疗难治性气胸的研究

摘　　要：目的观察重组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)在难治性气胸中的治疗效果。方法将57例难治性气胸患者随机分为治疗组(IL-2组)和对照组(常规治疗组)。在胸腔闭式引流基础上,治疗组往胸腔内注入IL-2150万IU;而对照组只使用常规治疗方法。结果治疗组中获得满意疗效的例数明显高于对照组(P<0.001),而且治疗组中复发的例数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论胸腔内注射白细胞介素-2治疗难治性气胸是一种简单、有效的方法。Objective To observe treatment effect of intrapleural injections of recombinant interleukin -2 （IL -2） in patients with refractory pneumothorax. Methods 57 patients with refractory pneumothorax were randomly divided into treatment group （namely IL- 2 group） in which patients were injected and control group （namely group of closed drainage of thoracic cavity）. In the basis of closed thoracic drainage, 150,0000IU IL -2 was injected into each patient＇s thoracic cavity in treatment group ;while only conventional therapies were used in control group. Results The theraeutie effects in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Intrapleural injections of recombinant IL -2 are simple and effective for treatment of patients with refractory pneumothorax.
