摘　　要：From the standpoint of USA, as one of the largest exporters of low-cost labor-intensive goods, China presents some- what of a dilemma to the US in terms of its potential for causing material injury to US domestic markets. As a response, the US has appealed to trade remedy measures such as the imposition of anti-dumping duties,A brief review of Sino-US trade conflicts:from 1978 to 2005 From the standpoint of USA,as one of the largest exporters of low-cost labor-intensive goods,China presents somewhat of a dilemma to the US in terms of its potential for causing material injury to US domestic markets.As a response。
